Family getaway with mixed results

That manager really went above and beyond despite the power being out due to that hurricane they told us about. Even with all the chaos, the customer service was really good and you know how rare that is these days.

Wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Staying here with my fiancé was a fun experience, especially visiting Tybee Island. The beach had beautiful sandy shores where we spent time walking, playing in the waves, and enjoying the fine sunset. The room was clean and comfortable.

My wife says that the hotel could improve family amenities. Checking in took longer than expected, and a pool would really enhance the experience for families with children.

The room had a persistent musty smell, which could be off-putting for some. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, occasionally waking me when it cycled off. I also found some issues with the bathroom, including a toilet seat that shifted with movement, which wasn’t the most pleasant experience. While nothing was intolerable, it felt like room maintenance could use a little more attention.

the sleep inn had a very clean lobby upon check-in, which set the tone for our stay. the parking was super convenient and the check-in staff was great! it's close to everything, making it a handy spot. loved the breakfast options too!
